With a background in education and a love for clear structure, Melissa brings systems thinking, website support, automation and digital organisation together in a way that feels calm and easy to manage.

She genuinely enjoys organising messy information, improving workflows and making things make sense. She is also a bit of a perfectionist, so if something is two pixels off, there is a good chance she will notice.
