About these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the MTech Systems website and to the purchase of any services or digital products offered by MTech Systems, unless different terms are provided for a specific product or service.

By using this website, placing an order or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Product Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to the Business Clarity Check. Future MTech Systems services and digital products may include additional product specific terms where appropriate.

Business Clarity Check

The Business Clarity Check is a focused, asynchronous written service designed to help identify the change most likely to make the biggest positive difference in your business right now.

The service includes:

• A short initial business form
• A secure online payment
• Focused preparation questions
• A review of the information you provide
• A review of relevant publicly available information
• A personalised Business Decision Brief
• One clear, evidence based recommendation

The Business Decision Brief

The Business Decision Brief is the written deliverable prepared after your information has been reviewed. It is intended to give you clarity and a practical next step rather than a long audit, general report or list of unrelated suggestions.

An asynchronous written service

The Business Clarity Check does not include a meeting, appointment, telephone call, Zoom call or live consultation unless this is agreed separately in writing.

If clarification is needed while your Brief is being prepared, Melissa will contact you using the email address provided.

Information and evidence

Recommendations are based on the information supplied by you, together with relevant publicly available information and Melissa’s professional judgement.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete and lawful to share.

Your business decisions

The Business Decision Brief is intended to support clearer decision making. It does not guarantee a particular financial, operational or commercial result.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any recommendation. The Brief is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required before personalised work begins on any MTech Systems service or digital product.

For the Business Clarity Check, payment is processed securely through PayFast before preparation of your Business Decision Brief begins.

The full price is displayed before payment is completed. MTech Systems is not currently registered for VAT and no VAT is added.

When review work begins

Review work normally begins once payment has been confirmed and the completed preparation questions have been received.

By submitting the preparation questions, you request that MTech Systems begin preparing the personalised service as soon as practical.

Intellectual property

MTech Systems retains ownership of its frameworks, methods, processes, templates, layouts and supporting materials.

You may use your completed Business Decision Brief within your own business and may share it with employees or professional advisers. It may not be resold, republished as a product or presented as the work of another person without written permission.

You retain ownership of the original business information and materials you provide.

Privacy and confidentiality

Information provided for the Business Clarity Check is handled with care and used for preparing and delivering the service, managing the customer relationship and meeting legal or administrative requirements.

Limitation of liability

MTech Systems will provide the service with reasonable care and professional judgement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTech Systems will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or business decisions made after receiving the Brief.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, MTech Systems’ total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the Business Clarity Check concerned.

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Refund Policy

Different MTech Systems services and digital products may have different refund conditions depending on the nature of the work being provided.

The following refund policy applies to the Business Clarity Check.

Refunds may be requested before review work has begun.

Once preparation of a personalised Business Decision Brief has started, the order becomes non refundable because time, judgement and research are being applied specifically to that business.

If MTech Systems is unable to provide the purchased service, the customer will be offered an appropriate refund or another fair solution.

If there is a genuine problem with your order or experience, please contact Melissa. The aim is always to understand what happened and find a fair, reasonable solution.

Refund requests should be sent to melissa@mtechsystems.co.za and should include the customer’s name, payment reference and a short explanation of the request.

Any rights available to you under applicable consumer law remain in place.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may differ depending on the service or digital product purchased.

The following cancellation policy applies to the Business Clarity Check.

An order may be cancelled before personalised review work begins.

Once review work has commenced, the order cannot normally be cancelled because preparation of the customised Business Decision Brief is already underway.

If you need help or believe you have made a purchase in error, please contact MTech Systems as soon as possible at melissa@mtechsystems.co.za .

Where cancellation rights apply under law, those rights will be respected.

Delivery Policy

MTech Systems provides websites, systems, digital products, business support and other professional services.

Delivery times vary depending on the service purchased.

The following delivery information applies to the Business Clarity Check.

The completed Business Decision Brief is sent to the email address provided during the customer journey.

Delivery is normally within two business days after payment has been confirmed and the completed preparation questions have been received.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude South African public holidays.

If additional clarification is required, Melissa will contact the customer using the email address provided. Delivery may take longer where MTech Systems is waiting for information needed to complete the review.

No physical goods are supplied or shipped.

If you have not received your Brief within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact melissa@mtechsystems.co.za .

Cookie Policy

What cookies are
